A resident (homeowner or tenant) may not park their vehicle in the common area parking space unless a monthly permit (decal) is displayed ($25/month). Residents can also be issued up to 4 visitor permits. Contact management to purchase permits ($25/per visitor permit).

One household pet allowed per unit. No weight limit.

The clubhouse may be reserved by a resident for private parties up to 60 guests. Please contact Management to obtain the clubhouse rental application.

Your Association insurance policy covers loss in the unit for things provided by the developer. It does not cover improvements or personal property. The Association urges all owners to purchase a condo owner’s policy (HO-6) and to consult with their agent regarding specific coverage.
