Residents are not permitted to park in guest parking spaces without the approval of the Board. Permit must be requested through the management company.

Extended or overnight parking in guest parking requires a permit and approval of the Board.

The clubhouse can be reserved through the management company. Clubhouse application & payment ($100 refundable deposit & $55 rental fee) must be returned to management 2 weeks before event date.

Your Association insurance policy does not cover losses inside a condominium. Things like paint, partitions, cabinets, appliances, or fixtures are not covered. There is no coverage for improvements or personal property. The Association urges all owners to purchase a condo owner’s policy (HO-6) and to consult with their agent regarding specific coverage.
